Mixing ratio:
2 volume parts powder + 1 volume part water ( consistenz like a milkshake)
Maybe you have to add a little bit of water, not more than 60%!
Working time approx 5-6 minutes,
hardening time approx 1 hour
Step 1
Mix it and pour it over your positive model (clay, plastilline, Gelflex…), make sure that you don´t have undercuts in your model.
Drying out the mold like this:
1. 30 minutes – 190°C – 2. hours
2. 3 hours – 850°C – 1 hour

Before casting with the mold apply new shelf primer!
Fusing temperatures of the samples:
Bullseye 810°C – 40 minutes
System96 800°C – 30 minutes
Float 845°C – 45 minutes
