This workshop will teach you how to melt and anneal especially thick, large-format objects. Three intensive days will focus on managing firing schedules for thick glass, measuring stress and avoiding breakage in combination with monitoring your kiln. You will gain insight into model and mold making techniques and surface finishing options.

The seminar is not about recreating an M. Behrens piece - rather, the world-renowned artist will enable you to realize your own ideas in thick glass.
After the seminar, we will melt the work samples created during the seminar and send them by parcel service (CIP).
The seminar will be held in GERMAN and ENGLISH.

Your booking is binding. After booking via our shop, you will receive an automatic "order confirmation". You will then receive a binding booking confirmation for payment from our sales team.
If you book by e-mail or telephone, you will receive our booking confirmation for payment directly.
Cancellation:
Cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar. In case of cancellation within 1-4 weeks before the start of the seminar, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar price.
In individual cases we can waive this fee, e.g. if the seminar is fully booked despite your cancellation.
In the event of cancellation less than 7days before the start of the seminar or in the event of no-show at the seminar, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the seminar price.
The receipt of the cancellation by TGK GmbH counts towards compliance with the deadlines.
