Mixing ratio:
1 kg powder + 0,4 kg water (like a buttermilk)
1,4 kg mising (1kg powder + 0,4 kg water) will be approx 0,8l mold mix
hardening time approx 2-3 hours

Step1
Mix the Nucleus and pour it into a flexible mold (here: ice cube molds)

Step 2
Build up a box of Vermiculite Board (e.g. inside size 18x18x9cm)

Step 3
Place 3mm fibre papers into the box.

Step 4
Place the Nucleus pieces into the mold and fill up with a little bit of Nucleus (the pieces can't move in the mold anymore).
Step 5
Fill the mold with glass (here: broken glass pieces, rest of Bullseye B1100F 4mm, System 96 S100SF 3mm, White glass 3mm- just broken with ZAG-ZAG-plier(3216000))

Step 6
How much glass your need depends on the thickness (for approx 5 cm approx 4kg).

Fusing temperatures of the samples:
Bullseye 810°C – 40 minutes
System96 800°C – 30 minutes
Float 845°C – 45 minutes
